Daniel J Weiss

We introduce today Daniel J Weiss. Daniel is a senior fellow and director of strategy at American Progress, where he specializes in clean energy and climate advocacy. He has spent over 25 years working in environmental advocacy and policy. He most recently held the role of vice president at M + R Strategic Services where he oversaw 15 major national environmental agencies and before that was at the Sierra Club where he held positions including director of the Environmental Quality Program. David Miller

David Miller, self-proclaimed Energy Heretic, is an authority on electric conservation. Formerly with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Miller operates a freelance energy consulting practice, working out of metro Washington, DC (Silver Springs, Maryland). He holds a master’s degree in Energy Management and Environmental Policy and consults on power plant design, integrated resource planning, operational studies and public sector strategic planning and budgeting.
